The OQ Solution... application (hereafter referred to as the application and/or OQ Solution ...) is the property of OQ Solution ... (hereafter referred to as the Company), with registered office at C502 , Dev Aurum , Prahladnagar nagar Ahmedabad, Gujarat- 380015

The Company has developed an application for a mobile device, called OQ Solution ..., based on the geolocation system, with the aim of improving the ability to search nearby locations/point of interest by determining the geographical location of its users. It can also be used to supply information of interest related with the activity, on (i) services available in the relevant area and (ii) other matters or services of interest.

OQ Solution is a software programme, a type of application for a mobile device, and is designed to provide a tool which allows the approximate geographical position of its users to be known by means of geolocation systems and the map monitoring, alternatively using for the purpose the main infrastructures assigned to these services, such as (geolocation-GPS, GPS base stations, WiFi). For the application to work, it also needs the mobile device to be turned on, activated and with cover in the country of the relevant area.

What personal information do we collect?

Geolocation. We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We maintain location information only so long as is reasonable to provide the Service and then delete location data tied to your personal information. We may also share location information with third parties for advertising, research, and analytic purposes. If you want to opt-out of the collection of your location data, please adjust your settings in your mobile device to limit the app’s access to your location data.

Information we collect automatically through the use of technology.

When you visit our website or use our mobile app, we and our business partners may collect certain information about your computer or device through technology such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tracking/recording tools. The information we collect through the use of tracking technologies includes, but is not limited to, IP address, browser information, referring/exit pages and URLs, click stream data and information about how you interact with links on the website, mobile app, or Service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows us to uniquely identify your browser and track your browsing behavior on our site, mobile device type, mobile device IDs or other persistent identifiers, and location data collected from your mobile device. We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our Users, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time.

Personal information may be collected in a number of ways when you use the various services and activities available through the OQ Solution ... Site and service. At several places on our Site or within our mobile application, we may collect certain information you voluntarily provide to us which may contain personal information.

When turned on and with an active OQ Solution ..., the OQ Solution app will automatically collect location information from your mobile device and/or your mobile carrier. When you use the service, via your mobile device, some information is also automatically collected, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring website, and your activity on the application and through the service.

We only collect non-personal app usage data. We do not process any information about individual users’ usage of our services except where, and to the extent that, it is technically necessary for the performance of such services. We collect information about taps on app screens and views on the screens to better understand how well our offering is serving our users globally. We use events data to improve our service.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically based on your consent, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system, and information about the way the Application is used by a set of users.

Location is sent to Data processors AdMob, Adsense, Google Analytics, Crashlaytics, Firebase.

OQ Solution ... includes measuring tools. We want to learn how users use the app so we can improve it in future updates. The data is anonymised and aggregated and is used to measure app usage and other functions.

Personal Data collected: geographic position.

This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services.

Most browsers and devices provide tools to opt out from this feature by default. If explicit authorization has been provided, the User’s location data may be tracked by this Application.

Advertising

This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests.

This does not mean that all Personal Data are used for this purpose. Information and conditions of use are shown below.

Analytics

The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behaviour.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Data transfer outside the EU

The Owner is allowed to transfer Personal Data collected within the EU to third countries (i.e. any country not part of the EU) only pursuant to a specific legal basis. Any such Data transfer is based on one of the legal bases described below.

Users can inquire with the Owner to learn which legal basis applies to which specific service.

Data transfer from the EU and/or Switzerland to the U.S based on Privacy Shield (this Application)

If this is the legal basis, the transfer of Personal Data from the EU or Switzerland to the US is carried out according to the EU - U.S. and Swiss - U.S. Privacy Shield.

In particular, Personal Data is transferred to services that self-certify under the Privacy Shield framework and therefore guarantee an adequate level of protection of such transferred Data. All services are listed within the relevant section of this document and those that adhere to Privacy Shield can be singled out by checking their privacy policy and possibly also by specifically checking for Privacy Shield adherence in the official Privacy Shield List. Privacy Shield also specifically guarantees rights to Users which can be found in its most current form on the website run by the US Department of Commerce.
